Nature of Our Services
Optin Digital, a partnership firm based in Lucknow, provides digital marketing services such as SEO, Google and Meta Ads management, social media marketing, website development, email marketing and content marketing. These are digital services, so no physical products are shipped and no shipping charges apply.
How Services Are Delivered
Depending on the service, work is delivered through one or more of the following:
- Your registered email address and WhatsApp number.
- Shared folders or documents (for example Google Drive) containing reports, designs and content.
- Directly inside your accounts, such as your website, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profile or social media pages.
- Your live website, once it is approved and launched.
Delivery Timelines
- Order confirmation: after payment, you receive an invoice or receipt and an onboarding message within 1 working day.
- Free audits and proposals: usually shared within 24 hours on working days.
- Monthly services: work starts within 2 to 5 working days of receiving payment and the required access and information.
- Advertising campaigns: usually launched within 3 to 7 working days after strategy and creatives are approved, subject to platform review.
- Websites: a standard business website typically takes 2 to 4 weeks; larger or e-commerce projects follow the timeline in your proposal.
- Reports: performance reports for monthly services are shared every month.
What Can Affect Timelines
Timelines may change if content, approvals or account access are delayed, if advertising or social platforms take longer to review content, or during public holidays. We will always keep you informed if a timeline changes.
Service Area
We are based in Indira Nagar, Lucknow, and provide our services to clients across India. Because services are delivered online, location does not affect delivery.
If a Service Is Not Delivered
If you have paid and have not received the onboarding message or agreed deliverables within the stated time, please contact us. If we are unable to deliver a paid service, you will receive a refund as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
